Community Supported Agriculture (CSA)

Typical CSA Box Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) is a long name for a simple relationship: CSA members support a farmer by purchasing a summer's worth of vegetables in advance. It's a little bit like having a subscription to a farmer's vegetables. Each week during the season, CSA members receive a box of seasonal produce, which range from the familiar (potatoes and cucumbers to the not-so-familiar (fennel and bok choy). Most importantly, a CSA provides a direct connection between farmer and customer.

What's in the box?

Each week, Mike & Clare's Farm strives provide its members with a diverse mix of produce. The share comes in a 5/9th bushel box, approximately the size of a bag of groceries. CSA members receive the freshest in-season produce available along with a newsletter with farm updates, produce information and recipes.
